Please note: Aquatic Admission Standards apply. At the discretion of the aquatic staff, a swim test may be required regardless of age before entering the designated deep end of the pool. Additional amenities such as the sauna, steam rooms, and hot tub can be used at the discretion of the facility. Public Swim (All Types) Public Swim (All Ages): Open to participants of all swimming abilities.Public Swim (55+ Years): Open to participants 55 years of age or older of all swimming abilities. Adult Swim (18+ Years): Open to participants 18 years of age or older of all swimming abilities.Public Swim Parent and Child Drop-In (10 Years and Under): Open to children 10 years of age and under who are accompanied in the water by a parent/guardian aged 14 or older.Public Swim Female Only Drop-In (All ages): For female participants only. Open to participants of all swimming abilities. Lane Swim (6+ Years) Lane Swim (6+ Years)Open to participants looking to swim continuous length in designated lanes outlined by the facility. Aquafit (All Types) Shallow Water LowParticipants will be led through a series of low impact and low intensity exercises and movements designed to assist with pain and mobility for the whole body. Shallow Water ModerateParticipants will be led through a moderate intensity workout using the natural resistance of shallow to chest-deep water. Shallow Water HighParticipants will be led through a high intensity workout with drills and exercises using the natural resistance of the water. Deep Water AquafitA challenging, low-impact workout using the natural resistance of deep water. Buoyancy belts will be provided. Therapeutic Swim Drop-In Therapeutic Swim Drop-In Please note: This program is only offered at Chinguacousy Wellness Centre.Ideal for participants who are using the pool for self-directed therapeutic activities.
