Most of the equipment at the facility is also at the end of its expected useful life. MilestonesQ2 2024 – Johnson Controls started working on the zero carbon retrofits at the sportsplex.Q4 2025 – Project anticipated to be completed.Additional InformationDuring the first phase of construction, ice rinks 3 and 4 will be closed for approximately 12 months.
