Our commitment to you

Notice of planned service disruptions will be provided a minimum of seven days in advance, and an unplanned one as soon as possible after it has been reported. 

Notice will include:

  • Information about the reason for the disruption
  • The anticipated duration of the disruption
  • Information about alternative facilities or services that may be available
