Under Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, S.O. 2005, c. 11 (ontario.ca) all organizations and individuals who provide service to the public, or interacts with the public, on behalf of the City of Brampton, must comply with the requirements outlined in the AODA. The City of Brampton has developed a Vendor Accessibility Responsibilities ​manual to help accomplish t​his and includes this document in all Procurement contracts.​
