Join us on a fun adventure where you can run, jump, balance and climb on our Ninja, Parkour and Rock Wall courses. Stay fit while getting involved in a new and exciting sport! 

Located at Ken Giles Recreation Centre​, register for a drop-in and see how many obstacles you can get through or try a registered program with a trained instructor.​


  • Clean indoor, closed toe running shoes
  • No strings on clothing
  • Long hair must be tied back
  • Weight restrictions: minimum 30 lbs, maximum 275 lbs​
