​Booking Information​

Members can book tennis courts online​ 8 days in advance, with a rolling 24 hour increment, or 7 days in advance via phone (up to two hours per day, per member). Please note that payment is required for booking/reserving a court, either online​ or over the phone.

Non-members can book tennis courts 48 hours in advance (up to two hours per day, per guest) by phone.

How do I reserve a court?

Online

(Members only)

1. ​Visit here​ and log in using your Recreation account email address and password.
2. Select the "Court Booking" tab and select "Tennis".
3. Follow the prompts to select your preferred time slot.
4. Complete your booking.

By Phone

Cancellation Policy

• Members requesting to cancel their booking more than 48 hours in advance will be provided an account credit that can be used towards another booking.
• Cancellation requests made within 48 hours or less, are subject to a cancellation fee,  which is 100% of the booking cost.
• Cancellations within 48 hours must provide medical documentation to be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are not provided unless a medical note is provided, bookings are cancelled by the facility, building or as a result of a bubble closure.
• A court reservation no-show is considered a cancellation and is subject to the cancellation policy.​

Booking Transfers​

• Reservation transfers (date and court time) can be processed, but must be requested 48 hours in advance of the original court time. Available times are subject to court availability.
• Requests within 48 hours can be transferred from one client to another.
• Court transfer requests with a date/time deferral within 48 hours will only be considered with a medical note provided.​​
