Will I receive a full refund if I cancel with 48 hours notice?Members requesting to cancel their booking more than 48 hours in advance will be provided an account credit that can be used towards another booking. Requests to cancel a booking less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to the cancellation fee, which is 100% of the booking cost. How do I book online?Booking a court online is for members only. Visit here and log in using your Recreation account email address and password. Select the “Court Booking” tab and select “Tennis”. Follow the prompts to select your preferred time slot. Complete your booking. Can I book a court over the phone?To book a court over the phone, please call 905.458.6555 and follow the prompts to reserve your court booking.Is payment required at the time of booking?Yes, payment of court fee is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.Can I purchase a locker to rent for the season?
