Group Fitness Guidelines and Etiquette

  • Advanced registration is highly recommended, you may receive communication of any changes or updates prior to class.
  • Please arrive five (5) minutes before your scheduled class, the warm-up at the beginning of the class is an important part of the workout.
  • If you have not checked-in after 15 minutes from the program start time, your spot will be forfeited to another participant.
  • As a courtesy to community members, if you cannot attend the class you are registered for, please withdraw to make space for other participants.
  • Dress for success! Wear comfortable and appropriate exercise attire and shoes.
  • Bring water and stay hydrated​.
