Facility Rental FAQ

If you are planning a picnic, sports event, or outdoor gathering, please contact the City of Brampton’s Facility Rentals team. The team can be reached at 905-874-BOOK (2665) or by email at facilityrentals@brampton.ca​ during business hours Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 8 pm.​​

​Recreation centres across Brampton offer a variety of spaces for rent, including event and meeting rooms, gymnasiums, pools, and more.

To learn more about available amenities or to make a booking, visit the customer service desk at your preferred location — staff will be happy to assist.

To book a park clean up after your event, please call 905-874-2906 and request a service call.​

Portable toilet rentals are available through the City of Brampton at an additional fee. To book this service please call 905-874-BOOK (2665) or email facilityrentals@brampton.ca​.

Council approved fee bylaws can be viewed here​. Please call 905-874-BOOK (2665) or email facilityrentals@brampton.ca​ to complete a booking. Please note fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change. Third party fees, including insurance, may be subject to annual increases which may result in increases to your contract fees. These fees are not set by the City and are the responsibility of the Agreement Holder.​

Yes, pools are available for rentals and parties. Please contact your local Community Centre​ for pool inquires.​

Yes, events with alcohol are permitted. Please contact your preferred facility for more information on availability and guidelines. To learn more about our Municipal Alcohol Policy, click here​.

Please note: Terry Fox Stadium rentals are made through our Facility Rentals team at 905-874-BOOK (2665) or facilityrentals@brampton.ca​

In the event of a cancellation, a minimum of two weeks notice must be given to be issued a refund, minus a 20% non-refundable deposit. Refunds are not issued for cancellations with less than two weeks notice.​
