Join us for World Teen Mental Wellness Day as we shine a spotlight on youth mental health and offer opportunities to build resilience, develop healthy habits, and access community supports. Brampton youth ages 14–29 are invited to take part in a meaningful day focused on mental wellness, learning, and connection.​

Check in at the Susan Fennell Youth Hub, where you’ll receive a tour of the space and your activity pass.​

  • Meet community partners and discover supports available to youth.
  • Learn simple strategies for mindfulness, coping, and overall well‑being.
  • Boost your mood and energy with a fun, instructor‑led workout.
  • Express yourself through creative DIY wellness activities.
  • Meet other youth, share experiences, and build new connections.​

Activity Description
Try-It Fitness Boot Camp Join an energizing Boot Camp session led by our instructors to boost your mood, get moving, and build confidence through physical activity.
DIY Gratitude Jars & Mental Health Vision Boards Create personalized gratitude jars and vision boards that help you reflect, stay positive, and set meaningful goals.
DIY Journals & Custom Pens Design your own wellness journal and decorate a pen to go with it—perfect for tracking habits, capturing thoughts, or practicing mindfulness.
