Electronic submission of permit applications are now being accepted for Sign Permits:

Permits for construction of new signage, and all other sign related inquiries can be submitted to the Building Division at signunit@brampton.ca.

Permanent Signs

The information below applies to signs attached to or supported by a building as well as permanent and temporary ground signs.

Window Signs

The information below applies to signs displayed on windows or visible to the public through a window.

Portable Signs

The information below applies to signs designed to be readily moved from one location to another. Portable signs include, but are not limited to, mobile signs, banners, inflatable signs and A-frame signs.

Calling For Inspections

Once your application has been approved you will be called to pic​k up your permit, your permit is not issued until you have picked it up and paid any outstanding fees. The permit must be issued in order for you to book inspections.
