The Food Venture Bootcamp is a new, niche entrepreneurship program for food and beverage start-ups entering the consumer packaged goods/food industry. Explore your food business idea from many angles, and arrive at a plan to get your food business idea off the ground.
 
This program is designed for:
·       Food or beverage innovator with a product idea
·       Restaurant owner wanting to turn your recipes into a consumer packaged good
·       Have a product already in small scale distribution (i.e. selling in a farmer's market) but want to scale up
·       You have a nutrition/health product idea and unsure of regulations/appropriate business practices for health-related products
 
Important Dates:
Application Deadline: Tuesday, January 5th at 4:00pm
Participants Notified for Approval: Thursday, January 7th (limited seats available)
Food Venture Program Start Date: Thursday, January 14th

All training sessions are held on Thursdays from 1:00 am to 4:00 pm, starting on Jan 14th.
