Guidelines

One entry per person
The odds of winning the prizes are affected by the number of valid entries received.
Residents do not need to purchase anything to participate in the draw. Winners may be subject to answering a skill-testing question. Winners consent to having their name and image used in any promotional materials or news items resulting from the contest.
By making a submission, you are consenting to the collection of your personal information submitted (or that of the minor child) for the purposes of the contest only.
By making a submission you further consent to having future communications from the City for this contest by electronic means.
By submitting your picture, you acknowledge that this is an original work. You further allow the City and grant the City the license to be publishing this work and your personal information on whatever platform the City chooses, in its sole discretion. You retain ownership of the picture and moral rights.
