Remembrance Day Service

​​Brampton Transit will provide regular service on Wednesday, November 11.

Veterans ride for free  on Remembrance Day, and throughout the year with a valid Brampton Transit Veterans Pass.  If you don’t have a Veterans Pass, the following items can be used as identification on November 11:

  • Uniform
  • Medals
  • Berets
  • Blazer

Terminal building hours at Bramalea, Brampton Gateway and Downtown Terminals are 6 AM to 9 PM. Trinity Common Terminal remains closed. Customer Service counters are open and available to assist you, for hours click here.

A moment of silence will be observed at 11:00 a.m. on Remembrance Day at Transit Terminals and on buses; to honour and remember the individuals who have served and continue to serve Canada during times of war, conflict and peace. During this observance, all buses will stop at the nearest safe location.

We all need to do our part to keep our community safe. Please remember:

  • Non-medical masks are mandatory on all buses and at terminals.
  • Masks must be worn properly covering your nose and mouth without gaps at all times.
  • Wash and sanitize your hands often.
  • Practise physical distancing.
  • If you are sick or feeling unwell, please stay home.
