Closure of John Garland Boulevard at Finch Avenue effective on:

Friday, August 12
Monday, August 15
Tuesday, August 16

John Garland Boulevard will be closed at Finch Avenue on August 12, 15 and 16 due to ongoing construction at the intersection, but will be reopened on the weekend of August 13 and 14. During the full closure, Route 50 Gore Road will be on detour.

Bartley Bull Parkway between Main Street South and Bartley Bull Parkway Closure

​Due to bridge replacement construction, Bartley Bull Parkway will be closed between Main Street South and Bartley Bull Parkway beginning Friday, June 17 for approximately 6 months. Route 8 Centre will be on detour for the duration of the construction.

Chinguacousy Road Closure

Details

​Effective Monday, June 13, 2022, the City of Brampton will begin construction on Chinguacousy Road between Clockwork Drive and Mayfield Road and this portion of roadway will be closed to traffic and buses. Due to the construction, Route 26 Mount Pleasant will be on detour.

  • Clockwork Drive, east of Chinguacousy Road

Bramalea GO Station - Final Phase of Construction

Details

For the final phase of construction at the Bramalea GO Station, the vehicular access from the Bramalea GO Station to Steeles Avenue East will be closed for approximately 2 months, beginning June 9, 2022. All routes currently servicing the Bramalea GO Station will be on detour and have to access the terminal via Bramalea Road access.

Passengers disembarking at ZÜM bus stop #4108 located eastbound on Steeles Avenue Road west of Bramalea Road are directed not to enter the construction area and to use the sidewalks on Bramalea Road and Steeles Avenue to access the temporary bus terminal. This will add approximately 5 minutes to their trip.

502 Züm Main Platform Change at City Centre Transit Terminal

502 ZÜM MAIN

Details

Effective June 28th, Bus stop locations at the City Centre Transit Terminal will change due to upcoming construction on Rathburn Road for the Hurontario Light Rail Transit (LRT) project.


Route 502 Züm Main will be moving to Platform O at the City Centre Transit Terminal in Mississauga. Platform O is located at the north-west corner of Rathburn and Station Gate.
