Project Overview
As part of the City’s watercourse erosion program, the City has engaged Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) to address erosion along Etobicoke Creek within Paul Palleschi Park.
The project will repair and reinforce sections of the eroding creek bank to help protect the adjacent recreational trail and surrounding park infrastructure.
During construction, the project area within Paul Palleschi Park and portions of the recreational trail will be temporarily closed. Trail detours and signage will be in place to guide park users around the construction area.
Project Timeline
Construction is anticipated to begin in Fall 2026 and be completed by Spring 2027.
