The Canada Revenue Agency Info Session for small incorporated businesses will cover common tax errors, general bookkeeping concepts and how to use financial benchmarks for your respective industries. It will also provide a general overview of the tax treatments for: revenue and expenses, GST/HST, and payroll.
The Liaison Officer Service is a free educational program for current and future small incorporated business owners. The topics covered in these education sessions include, Income Tax, GST/HST, Payroll, SR&ED, Industry statistics, Online Resources, and any other areas the taxpayer wishes to discuss. The purpose of these seminars is to encourage compliance through education and to provide tax knowledge to new and existing business owners. Individual educational sessions are also available to participants after the seminar presentations to provide them with individualized educational experiences.
