September is Brampton Tree Month! Come and celebrate #BramptonTrees all month long with us.
Follow us and learn more about trees and Brampton's urban forest. Snap photos of your favourite tree or trees in Brampton and share them on social media using #BramptonTrees for a chance to be featured on our channels @CityBrampton and website at www.brampton.ca/trees.
In celebration of Brampton Tree Month, Brampton residents can register for a free tree! Quantities are limited. Trees are restricted to one per household and can be planted on private property only (front or back yards). If you received a tree during our Spring Residential Tree Giveaway, you will not qualify for the Fall giveaway. Residents must register to participate and agree to certain conditions. Trees will be available for pickup in-person the weekend of September 24th.
In partnership with the Toronto & Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), the City will host a native tree and shrub planting at Gore Meadows Community Centre.
Sharpen your pencil crayons and download one of our tree-themed colouring sheets for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card.
