Verify your residency on your Brampton Recreation Account to keep your resident benefits

Every two years, Brampton residents are required to verify their residency to continue enjoying priority registration and council-approved resident rates for City recreation programs. Simply bring an acceptable form of valid photo ID with your proof of Brampton address to any recreation centre Customer Service Desk and staff will confirm your residency and update your account on the spot. Verification is quick and helps ensure uninterrupted access to resident benefits.

Any accounts not yet verified have already been switched to non-resident, meaning you will not have access to early registration or council-approved resident rates and you will not be able to register on March 2.

To check your status, log in to your Recreation Registration Account and select the “Account Verification” tab. If your account shows as unverified, visit the Customer Service Desk at your nearest Recreation Centre with valid photo ID and proof of Brampton address (e.g., driver’s licence). Staff will verify your residency and update your account on the spot.
