The Administrative Penalty System (APS) is a faster and more flexible process for payment, dispute and collection of parking and other by-law infractions.
These notices can include:
- Parking
- Property standards
- Animal Services
- Licensing
APS allows the City of Brampton to manage the ticket review process independently without relying on the Provincial Offences Court.
