No walk-ins are permitted.

We are available 24/7 for any City of Brampton matters, including queries related to COVID-19.

When attending an appointment

  • Ensure you have all required documents before you arrive for your appointment
  • Arrive on time
  • Missed or delayed appointments may need to be rebooked for a later date
  • Use hand sanitizer when you enter the building
  • Maintain physical distance of at least 2 metres (6 feet) between yourself and others
  • Wearing non-medical facial mask is MANDATORY

  • Use a headset with microphone if possible
  • Avoid sitting with your back to a window or bright light source
  • Be respectful with other participants
  • Close doors to avoid unexpected visitors
  • Join a few minutes early if possible
  • Be clear and concise
  • Feel free to turn your camera on or off
