Residents will be able to conveniently visit Service Brampton locations without an appointment to request services and complete many different transactions including recreation registration, parking ticket payments and non-cash tax payments. Credit card, debit card and cheques will all be accepted at these locations.

When attending an in-person appointment

  • Ensure you have all required documents before you arrive for your appointment
  • Arrive on time
  • Missed or delayed appointments may need to be rebooked for a later date​​​

When attending a virtual appointment

  • Use a headset with microphone if possible
  • Avoid sitting with your back to a window or bright light source
  • Be respectful with other participants
  • Close doors to avoid unexpected visitors
  • Join a few minutes early if possible
  • Be clear and concise
  • Feel free to turn your camera on or off
