BRAMPTON, ON (September 21, 2020) –The City has extended its hours at City Hall today, September 21 until Wednesday, September 23, for residents and businesses to pay their property taxes before the September 23 payment deadline. Extended hours of operation will be 8:30 am to 8 pm. To pay property taxes at City Hall, residents must book an appointment beforehand on the City of Brampton website.
Residents are reminded that appointments are required before visiting City facilities for in-person City services. Walk-ins are not permitted. Appointments can be booked, rescheduled and cancelled on the City’s website.
There are a number of alternative secure and convenient ways to pay property taxes:
- At a bank or other financial institution
- Internet/telephone banking through financial institutions
- Online Credit card payments
- Cheques
- Pre-Authorized Tax Payment Plan
