The McLoughlin Parkette is the first downtown gateway parkette designed in concert with the City’s strategic plan to beautify and raise awareness of Brampton’s many architectural and cultural amenities.

Wherever You Go Always Take The Weather is an homage to the wind, everchanging yet constant, that passes over a place we can never re-experience in quite the same way. Motion and modes of travel provide us fleeting moments of existence captured only in memory and feeling, precious and ephemeral.

My formative studies for the AOCA from OCAD U of the 1990s were focused in Printmaking and Sculpture. As an artist/designer of multiples for Mail Art, I recycled, reused, repurposed materials destined for the landfill to highlight their intrinsic value. My mature work for the M.Sc of Integrated Digital Media from NYU in the 2000s saw me continuing to pursue the hidden beauty of details to reveal and share them within immersive settings. The boundless Earthworks from the 1960s and 70s inspired me to reconcile that which endures with the brief and temporary. Our present Digital Age allows for endless opportunities to disseminate Art. I am fascinated by the possibilities of the NFT.
