Award-Winning Watercolour Artist and Teacher
Born in Toronto, Jack Reid lived in Brampton until 2006 and practised in his studio located on Steeles Avenue, alongside the Credit River. He is best known for his watercolours, which he taught to thousands of students on Saturday mornings in his Brampton studio. The City of Brampton honoured the late Jack Reid on September 16, 2014 in Garden Square, where his nephew, Robert McAffee received the award on his uncle’s behalf.
