Your appointment will take place at the City Clerk’s Office, Brampton City Hall, 2 Wellington St West, Brampton, ON, L6Y 4R2.
Please Note:
- Only book one appointment per couple. Additional bookings will be cancelled.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in appointment being cancelled and a new appointment will be required to be booked or you will be treated as a walk-in and you will be seen when staff are available.
Please remember to bring the following documents to your appointment:
- Completed
application form with both applicants' original signatures
- Two pieces of original required identification for each applicant
- Divorce Certificate or Foreign Divorce Authorization, if required
- Translation documents, if required
If all required documentation is not brought to the appointment, a marriage licence cannot be issued.
Payment must be made by credit card or debit. Cash payments are not accepted at this time
When you arrive:
- Parking is available under-ground at 2 Wellington Street West or 41 George Street – entrances to both are on George Street
