BRAMPTON, ON –The City of Brampton’s City Clerk’s services will return to the City Hall Atrium on Monday, March 16, 2026, following renovations. Services currently operate from a temporary location in the West Tower.
Renovations focused on improving service delivery, accessibility and visitor experience. The accessible service counter expands inclusive access to City services and now includes hearing loop technology to support residents who use hearing aids or cochlear implants.
The Civil Marriage Ceremony space has also been redesigned to support growing demand. Guest capacity has increased from eight to 12, creating a more welcoming and accessible environment for couples and their guests.
Beginning March 16, 2026, the following services will return to the City Clerk’s Service Counter in the Atrium of City Hall:
- Accessibility
- Business and Lottery Licences
- Committee of Adjustment
- Commissioner of Oaths
- Council/Committee Operations
- Marriage Licences and Ceremonies
- Municipal Elections
- Privacy and Access to Information
The City thanks residents for their patience during the temporary relocation and looks forward to welcoming the community back to the improved spaces.
