City of Brampton to open pop-up Service Brampton counters

BRAMPTON, ON (August 27, 2021) – Beginning September 1, 2021, new Service Brampton in-person pop-up counters will temporarily open at Susan Fennell Sportsplex, Cassie Campbell Community Centre and Gore Meadows Community Centre, providing an easy-access approach to information and City services for Brampton residents. Appointments will be required and can be booked at www.brampton.ca/SkipTheLine.

Residents will be able to conveniently visit Service Brampton locations across the city to request services and complete many different transactions including recreation registration, parking ticket payments and non-cash tax payments. Credit card, debit card and cheques will all be accepted at these locations.

The temporary expansion of the new Service Brampton pop-up counters will be in place until the end of 2022. Following this, staff will review if there is a need to expand locations permanently.
