BRAMPTON, ON (August 7, 2026) – Hockey
Night in Brampton continues to build its impressive roster with the addition of San Jose Sharks 2025 second overall NHL Draft pick Michael Misa, Anaheim Ducks defenseman Pavel Mintyukov and Ottawa Senators forward Stephen Halliday, adding even more elite talent to this year's charity game in support of Brampton's second hospital.
Misa, Mintyukov and Halliday join an outstanding lineup that includes team captain Morgan Rielly, Erik Gudbranson, Kris Versteeg, Paul Coffey, Ryan Getzlaf, Joe Kocur, Cody Hodgson, Dylan Strome, Owen Power, Phil Oreskovic and Ethan Czata, along with coaches Doug Gilmour, Wendel Clark and Gary Roberts.
More player announcements will be unveiled ahead of puck drop as excitement continues to build for this year's event.

Michael Misa
Michael Misa is one of hockey's brightest young stars and was selected second overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 2025 NHL Draft. After an exceptional Ontario Hockey League career with the Saginaw Spirit, and an incredible first year in the NHL, Misa established himself as one of the top prospects in hockey through his elite scoring ability, speed and playmaking skills.
Pavel Mintyukov
Pavel Mintyukov is a defenseman with the Anaheim Ducks and one of the NHL's emerging young blue-liners. Selected 10th overall in the 2022 NHL Draft, Mintyukov quickly established himself as a key part of Anaheim's future after a standout junior career with the OHL's Saginaw Spirit. Recognized for his skating, offensive instincts and puck-moving ability, he continues to develop into one of the league's exciting young defensemen.
Stephen Halliday
Stephen Halliday is a forward in the Ottawa Senators organization and one of the club's top young players. Originally drafted by the Senators in the fourth round of the 2022 NHL Draft, Halliday enjoyed a standout collegiate career at Ohio State University before turning professional. A skilled playmaker with strong vision and offensive creativity, he earned his NHL debut after an impressive start to the 2025-26 AHL season and continues to establish himself as part of Ottawa's future.
