BRAMPTON, ON (July 8, 2026) – Today, the City of Brampton joined lululemon to celebrate the completion of the Brampton Distribution Centre (DC), marking a major milestone in the company’s global fulfilment strategy.

Mayor Patrick Brown and Councillors joined senior leaders from lululemon including Ted Dagnese, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Ravi Chowdary, Senior Vice-President, Global Fulfillment, Rocky Cearley, Vice-President, Global Distribution and Jake Fan, Director, Distribution Operations for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, recognizing the company’s continued investment in Brampton and the city’s growing role as a hub for logistics, advanced manufacturing and supply chain innovation.

Located in northeast Brampton, the one-million-square-foot campus is now one of the largest distribution facilities in North America. The transformed site includes the deployment of AutoStore, the largest installation of its kind in Canada, introducing advanced robotics and automation to improve fulfilment speed, capacity​ and resilience.

The expansion reflects Brampton’s strength as an investment-ready city, supported by strategic infrastructure, a skilled workforce and strong partnerships across industry and government. The City’s Economic Development Office worked alongside planning staff to support lululemon through the site application and review process, while also connecting the company to transit services, municipal resources and community partnerships to help integrate its operations into the city.

As one of Canada’s most recognized global brands, lululemon’s investment reinforces Brampton’s role in supporting business growth and innovation across key sectors. The new DC will help strengthen the company’s North American supply chain while contributing to local employment and economic activity.​
