BRAMPTON, ON (October 22, 2025) – The Rose is unveiling its Winter–Spring 2026 season, a dynamic mix of Canadian icons, Broadway stars, family favourites and rising Brampton talent. From concerts and comedy to theatre, dance and thought-provoking new works, this season captures the creativity, energy and diversity of Brampton’s cultural scene.
Season Highlights
The Rose will welcome chart-topping Sam Roberts Band with Singles Night (February 12), Broadway’s Tony-nominated and Grammy Award-winning Jeremy Jordan (March 14), and country music powerhouse Tenille Townes (March 26). Step back in time to the golden era of rock n’ roll with The Dreamboats (February 5). Indie favourite Bedouin Soundclash (March 5) returns with two decades of rhythm and song, while the bold and moving theatre production What You Won’t Do For Love (March 23) features David Suzuki and Tara Cullis in collaboration with Why Not Theatre.
Families can enjoy the interactive, high-energy Be Like Blippi Tour (March 1) and the visually stunning glow-in-the-dark adventure Dino-Light! by Lightwire Theater (April 23).
Intimate performances include newchoir’s Women Who Rock with Brampton Arts Walk of Fame inductee Lee Aaron celebrating International Women’s Day (March 7), and a unique evening of acoustic storytelling and music with global sensation Talwiinder (April 26).
Returning Favourites
Fan favourites return, including Classic Albums Live performing Led Zeppelin IV (January 31); Re-Imagined with Jukebox Dreams (March 29), hosted by Darryn de Souza and featuring cast members from & Juliet; and the ever-popular Jay Martin Mother’s Day Comedy Clash (May 10); and Celebrating Local Talent.
Brampton’s homegrown talent continues to shine with This Is Brampton in The Rose Studio, featuring:
- The Blacklight Concert curated by Connoisseur Ghost (January 31)
- HYPE curated by Jemane Kent (February 13)
- Tales from the Joke Keepers curated by Daniel Sanker & Tricia Star (February 27)
- Bollywood Mashup curated by Harita & Rajan Desai (February 28)
- Immigrants with Attitude curated by Sunny Deewana (March 28)
- Flower City Slam curated by The Wild Woman (April 23)
- Afrobeats: Motion & Vibes curated by Baffour Obeng-Adjei (April 24)
- Crate Clash curated by Joseph Khargie (April 25)
Community Partners also bring major productions to The Rose, including a tribute to the heartbeat of Jamaica with Zamar Music’s Roots, Rock & Reggae featuring Kirk Diamond (February 20); B-Jazzed Orchestra’s Mardi Gras Mambo (February 17 ) and Born to Be Blue (April 2); and Brampton Music Theatre’s Sister Act based on the hit movie (April 16–19).
The Rose Orchestra continues its 2025/2026 season on Valentine’s Day with Colour My World (February 14), Classical Foundations with Jonathan Crow (March 28) and Scheherazade’s Spell (April 25).
The Winter–Spring 2026 lineup serves as a bridge toward The Rose’s milestone 20th anniversary in Fall 2026, when the venue will return to a full annual season celebrating two decades of performances, partnerships, and community impact.
