​​BRAMPTON, ON (April 16, 2024) – City of Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown announces the first ever Brampton Charity Golf Tournament, a premier event combining community spirit, business networking and the love of golf. 

The tournament is a celebration of a shared passion for golf and a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the Brampton community.

Event details

Date: July 3, 2024
Location: Lionhead Golf Club & Conference Centre, 8525 Mississauga Rd in Brampton.

Carved into 520 spectacular acres of inspired natural terrain, The Legends and Masters public golf courses at Lionhead​ are exquisitely designed and impeccably groomed to challenge and excite golfers of all levels.

Proceeds from the event will go towards local groups and charities selected by Council ward pairs, that are enhancing quality of life in Brampton. 

Charities and groups include: The Brampton Sports Alliance, The Warm Initiative, Knights Table, Families of Virtue, ReGeneration, and Wellspring Chinguacousy Cancer Support.

The tournament promises to be a fun day to help raise funds for local charities and will also provide a platform for networking and building stronger ties within Brampton’s business community.
