Holiday magic returns to downtown Brampton with the annual Winter Lights Festival

BRAMPTON, ON (November 10, 2021) – It’s time to get into the holiday spirit and there’s no better place to do that than in downtown Brampton. Experience the wonder of the City’s annual Winter Lights Festival, presented by Fieldgate Developments, happening Friday, November 19 to Sunday, November 21, with family-friendly activities everyone is sure to enjoy.

Tree Lighting Countdown
Ken Whillans Square
Friday, November 19 from 6:45 pm

Let the countdown to the holidays begin! Watch as the 60-foot spruce tree in Ken Whillans Square comes to life with over 10,000 lights.

Winter Lights Walk-Thru Experience
Gage Park
Friday, November 19 to Sunday, November 21, nightly from 6 – 10 pm

Wander through Gage Park for the ultimate holiday light experience presented by Alectra. Enjoy an array of magical light displays and over 145,000 sparkling LED lights, transforming the park into a winter wonderland.

Christmas Market
Ken Whillans Square

  • Friday, November 19, from 4-10 pm
  • Saturday, November 20, from 12-10 pm
  • Sunday, November 21, from 12-5 pm

Support local businesses and start your holiday shopping at this year’s outdoor Christmas Market. Discover local artists, vendors and more while roaming the stalls to find the perfect unique gifts.
