Kick off the spring season with the virtual Seedy Saturday and Garden Show

​BRAMPTON, ON (March 1, 2021) – The City of Brampton’s 9th annual Seedy Saturday and Garden Show will take place online this year, on Saturday, March 13, starting at 10 am!

The 2021 virtual Seedy Saturday and Garden Show is presented in partnership with the Brampton Horticultural Society, and will feature gardening videos from these environmental experts:

• Allison Eady on School Food Gardens
• Bob Wildfong on Heritage Flower Gardens
• Frank Ferragine with a Beginners Guide to Growing Food               
• Jode Roberts on Bringing Butterflies Home to Brampton                 
• Lauren Bosch on Growing and Using Herbs
• Linda Crago on Heirlooms and Seed Saving                  
• Steven Biggs on Edibles in Urban Landscapes
• Vicki Simkovic on Managing Invasive Plants in Your Garden      

Whether you are new to gardening or a seasoned pro, explore www.brampton.ca/seedysaturday all day on March 13 to access gardening resources, connect with local gardening vendors, enjoy the Kids Zone with printable activities and video tutorials, learn how to take part in the curbside seed swap with the Brampton Horticultural Society, and more.
