Brampton issues official results of 2022 Municipal and School Board Election

​BRAMPTON, ON (October 27, 2022) – The City of Brampton has issued the official results for the 2022 Brampton Municipal and School Board Election. All results have been verified and approved by the City Clerk and Returning Officer, Peter Fay.

A total of 87,115 voters cast their vote this election (including at advance voting), representing a 24.56% per cent turnout of the eligible voter base of 354,884.

The final list of elected representatives is as follows. At a Special Meeting of City Council, scheduled for November 16, 2022, Council will meet to appoint three of the elected City Councillors as additional Regional Councillor representatives on Peel Regional Council.
