BRAMPTON, ON (January 27, 2022) – Service Brampton continues to make enhancements to serve Brampton residents, with pushout notifications launching on 311brampton.ca and the 311 mobile app today.
Residents may now opt in to receive pushout notifications on the status of a Service Request from the time it is submitted to when it is complete. This will allow residents to be aware of the status of their request without having to contact the 311 team.
Using Service Brampton’s 311 Mobile App and Website
The 311 mobile app and online requests provide easy mobile access to information, submissions and request tracking for:
• Parking services and mobile licensing
• Property concerns and municipal enforcement
• Litter and graffiti
• Parks and trails
• Roads and sidewalks
• Signs and streetlights
• Tree services
• The Brampton Plow Tracker and snow clearing services
The 311 Brampton app can be downloaded today at the App Store or through Google Play. Residents can also use this new tracking feature at 311brampton.ca.
