Members of the media are invited to an event hosted by Brampton Fire and Emergency Services as they highlight their ongoing efforts to improve fire safety across the community, including ‘Test Your Smoke Alarm Day’ on September 28. The event will also include a significant donation of smoke alarms from Kidde Canada to assist Brampton Fire in reaching vulnerable members of the community.
‘Test Your Smoke Alarm Day’ marks the second annual day of action to promote installing and testing working smoke alarms in every home in Ontario. Members of the media will have an opportunity to capture footage of the event.
