​​​​​​​​An oversized motor vehicle is any vehicle that is more than 2.6 metres (8.5 feet) high or greater than 6.7 metres (22 feet) in length. External attachments are included in the measurement of height and length.
The zoning by-law does not permit the parking or storage of an oversized motor vehicle on any property in the City unless one of the following exceptions applies:

• The vehicle is being used to make a delivery or provide a service on the property​
  
• The vehicle is accessory to a permitted use of the property with the exception of a home occupation
• The vehicle is a small school bus or bussing van which is permitted to be parked on a property between 9 p.m. Sunday and 4 p.m. Friday from September 1 to June 30 of each year
