City Hall Main Entrance Renovations7/3/20188/31/2018Accessibility Enhancements to City Hall Main Entrance Doors, Stairs and Accessible Ramp
Renovations start July 3 on repairs to City Hall’s front entrance (facing Main Street). A portion of the entrance will remain open at all times, so people will be able to enter and exit the building throughout the construction period. Wheelchair access will also be preserved. For your convenience while construction is underway, visitors are encouraged to use the Conservatory entrance, which faces Queen Street. The 24-hour lobby on Main Street (pedestrian entrance to the City Hall parking garage) will also remain open as the closest accessible entrance. Hoarding will be erected around the construction zone to protect the safety of passersby. The City will make every effort to ensure that the work will cause minimal disturbance.
