2017 Community Grant Program Click to apply The Community Grant Program supports Council’s commitment to increase transparency and accountability in all City operations.  Municipal funding is available to Brampton community groups, sports clubs, neighbourhood volunteer groups, and festival and event organizers -- and activities funded by Community Grants must align with the City's Strategic Plan priorities. What's new for 2017?

Apply online! Click on the button to the right to launch the online tool. Register to create an account.  Start your application - it will automatically save it in progress. Click submit.
 

Also new this year - religious organizations may apply for a grant if there is a clear separation between religious and community service functions at the event and budget levels and they meet all other eligibility criteria.  Funds or assistance cannot be used for religious programming or religious focused projects.

Evening and daytime information sessions start the week of September 19 and continue until October 27. Click here to see the complete schedule.


Minor General Community Donation Grants

Non-profit groups are eligible to apply for both financial and/or merchandise donations to support their community-based initiatives. Applications are accepted throughout the year or until funding is depleted.
