Parking

Please be advised that parking is very limited and only available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As there is limited parking on site, residents are be encouraged to use the free transit shuttles available from Mount Pleasant GO Station, Sheridan College, Gore Meadows Community Centre and Save Max Sports Centre. ​

Road Closures

Due to the large scale of the event, and to ensure the safety of residents and event guests, the following temporary road closures will be in place, which may affect entry and/or exit to certain residences:

Bramalea Road and Tetley Road
2:00 PM to 11:55 PM

Countryside Drive
Bramalea Road to Sunny Meadow Boulevard ​
2:00 PM to 11:55 PM​ ​

Countryside Drive
Sunny Meadow Boulevard to Moldvan Drive (Westbound Lanes Only)

Fireworks by-law

All fireworks are prohibited in Brampton. The ban includes the use, sale, offer, display, purchase, distribution, possession and discharge of any fireworks or explosives within the City. Visit, www.brampton.ca/fireworks,​ for additional information. 

FREE Brampton Transit Shuttle Service

Residents are also encouraged to take advantage of the FREE Brampton Transit Shuttle Service from one of the following four locations:

• Mount Pleasant GO Station
• Save Max Sports Centre
  
• Sheridan College
• Gore Meadows Community Centre
  

These shuttles will operate every 30-minutes beginning at 3:30 PM and ending at 10:30 PM

Firework Show Weather Notice

​Please be advised that in order to ensure the safety of event attendees, the 7:30 PM firework show may be cancelled due to high wind speeds or unfavorable weather conditions. Be sure to check the City of Brampton Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts regularly for updates on the status of the firework show.​

About Parkscapes

Parkscapes is a new program whose focus is to bring together neighbours around Eastbourne Park and develop community through arts workshops and activations. Together we will transform the experience of visiting Eastbourne Park over the next three years and this year's focus is on celebrating Diwali!
