Brampton Age-Friendly Public Forum

Hosted by the City of Brampton

The City of Brampton invites you to attend its first age-friendly forum to learn more about age-friendly community planning and to showcase the City’s efforts to date. This event is open to all age groups and is a one-stop event on aging well for youth, families, older adults, and their caregivers.

There will be a keynote presentation from Gil Penalosa, Founder of 8 80 Cities. Gil is passionate about cities for all people, and is focused on the design and use of parks and streets as great public spaces as well as sustainable mobility (walking, riding, bicycles, public transit, and new use of cars).

This is a free event with door prizes, giveaways and information booths promoting City services and other community organizations. A light breakfast and lunch is included.

Space is limited. Please visit the Eventbrite page to register.
