Build, Explore, Support, Talk

The City of Brampton’s Recreation division is excited to offer the BEST You! program. This free program supports and promotes a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Three 45 minute in-school workshops have been developed that focus on physical activity promotion, social skill development and emotional awareness for students in grades 1 through 8.

Schools can book a minimum of 3 workshops (half day program) or a maximum of 6 workshops in one day (full day program).

BEST You! Workshops

The BEST You! program was developed in partnership with Trillium Health Partners (THP) and incorporates recommendations and curriculum supported by Ontario Physical and Health Education Association (OPHEA) and the Ministry of Education. Through engaging activities, games and purposeful discussion, we can influence children and youth as it relates to decision-making, activity engagement, and fostering relationships that are healthy and positive.
