Once your application is received and approved, your account will be activated. Staff will apply the subsidy amount to the primary account holder as a single lump sum payment in the amount of $275 for each eligible member of the family (e.g. An approved family of four (4) would receive $1,100.00).
Once approved, you qualify for the program for 2 years. You will receive an approval confirmation with important information about the program and registration.
Please Note: Expired ActiveAssist subsidy allocation will not be automatically renewed for you. If your ActiveAssist subsidy has expired and you would like to renew, please re-apply using the links in the "Complete an Application" section.
