Third party advertiser registration for the 2018 Brampton Municipal Election closes on October 19

Any individual, corporation or trade union that wishes to advertise in any broadcast, print, electronic or other medium for the purpose of promoting, supporting or opposing a candidate, is required to register with the City before 4:30 pm on October 19, 2018.

Registration information and required forms are available online and at the City Clerk’s Office in Brampton City Hall. Registrations must be filed in person (or by an agent) during regular business hours.  

Applicants must provide proof of eligibility for registration and only original documents will be accepted. Faxed or other electronic versions are not permitted. Third party advertisers may neither spend money on, nor receive money, before filing a Notice of Registration. Third party advertisements shall not be under the direction of a candidate whose nomination has been filed.
