Brampton Transit launches 2019 Customer Charter

BRAMPTON, ON (May 9, 2019) – From increased service hours, to reduced pass prices for seniors and new infrastructure, Brampton Transit has a lot in store for 2019.

Brampton Transit has officially launched its 2019 Customer Charter, which outlines all of those projects and more. The Charter serves as an annual list of commitments to enhance overall service quality and customer experience for transit users.

The items outlined in the Customer Charter are a reflection of the City’s priorities, and items approved in the City’s budget process. A full list of Brampton Transit’s 2019 commitments are listed online here, and customers are invited to check in on project statuses and timelines. The Charter is updated annually as projects are completed and new initiatives are added.

Customer service is our top priority at Brampton Transit. As ridership and demand continue to grow, this charter will help build trust and strengthen relationships with transit users across the city.
