The City of Brampton will host a Community Vigil to mourn and honour the lives lost and those injured in the tragic incident at the Lapu-Lapu Day festival in Vancouver.
The vigil will bring together community members to reflect, grieve and stand in solidarity with the Filipino Canadian community and all those affected.
Members of the media are invited to join Mayor Patrick Brown, Councillor Rowena Santos and members of the local Filipino community.
