- Council Members are expected to formally and informally review their adherence to the provisions of the Code on a regular basis or when so requested by Council.
- At the beginning of each term, Members of Council will be expected to sign two copies of the Code of Conduct.
- At the beginning of each term, each Member of Council shall meet with the Integrity Commissioner.
- Councillors and members of the public should not assume that any unethical activities not covered by or not specifically prohibited by this Code or by any legislation, are therefore condoned.
