Countryside Drive Bridge over West Humber Tributary

From: West of Clarkway Dr   To: 400m west of Clarkway Dr   Ward: 10

​Due to bridge replacement work and channel restoration, the Countryside Drive bridge over West Humber Tributary will be closed west of Clarkway Drive to west of the bridge from June 2020 to December 2020.

Howden Boulevard

From: Vodden St   To: Central Park Dr   Ward: 7

Starting: Thursday, Apr 16 2020   Ending: Friday, Apr 30 2021

​To accommodate better social distancing for active transportation, curb lanes in each direction on Howden Boulevard, from Vodden Street to Central Park Drive, will be converted to temporary bike lanes until further notice. One lane in each direction will remain available to vehicular traffic. Work will begin on April 16, 2020 with the intention of full implementation by April 17, 2020.

Due to a film shoot for Disney+, a road closure will be in effect on Main Street North from Queen Street to Theatre Lane/Nelson Street West on October 30 from 7:00 pm to 1:00 am.​

Scott Street Bridge

From: Nelson St E   To: Scott St   Ward: 1

Starting: Saturday, Mar 21 2020   Ending: Friday, Dec 31 2021

For safety reasons, the Scott Street bridge over the Etobicoke Creek diverson channel is closed to car and truck traffic until further notice. The bridge will continue to be open to pedestrians, bicycles, wheel chairs and motorcycles. Bridge repairs are scheduled for 2021.

Torrome Road

​Due to the condominium construction at 205 Queen Street East, Torrome Road will be closed from Queen Street East to John Street for approximately 16 months, effective January 31, 2020. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

​Due to the Santa Claus Parade film shoot, rolling road closures will be in effect on October 26, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm on Williams Parkway, Torbram Road, Bovaird Drive, Bramalea Road, Queen Street, Rutherford Road, Vodden Street, Pleasantview Avenue, Rosedale Avenue, Main Street, and Steeles Avenue.​ The parade route will begin and end at 1975 Williams Parkway.​
