The Building Division is pleased to announce the launch of the interactive Registered Two-Unit Dwellings ​web page. It will serve as the official register for second units that have been legalized through the registration program.

New Notice of Completion Form

The City of Brampton Building Division has introduced a revised Notice of Completion form to be used by all permit holders submitting the Notice of Completion required for the occupancy inspections and for the issuance of an occupancy permit.

2012 Permit Application and Administrative Fees

Applications made on or after January 1, 2012 are subject to the adjusted permit application and administrative fees contained in Schedule "A" of By-Law 387-2006 (Building By-Law).
