The City supports outdoor community rinks. These are small, neighbourhood-based rinks maintained by a local neighbourhood rink committee, with the support of the City. Park Development/Redevelopment

This includes the design and construction of parks in new, developing areas of the city and redevelopment/renewal of parks in older areas of the city.
